My strong knowledge of building codes allowed me to serve as Chair of the Construction Code Board for the city of Wyl
With over twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry, encompassing commercial, residential, and civil projects, I have developed a robust understanding of construction design, documentation, & management. My strong knowledge of building codes allowed me to serve as Chair of the Construction Code Board for the city of Wylie, Texas, a vibrant community of over 68,000 residents. Additionally, my solid experience in site planning, layout, and management allowed me to serve on and as Chair on the Planning & Zoning Committee in Wylie, where I oversee permitting services. My expertise in project management enables me to perform well under pressure and effectively coordinate the activities of subcontractors, ensuring a collaborative effort towards achieving optimal efficiency. With keen skills in budgetary oversight, I maintain project finances in excellent order. My background as an instructor in design services enriches my current projects with a strong design skill set. Furthermore, my technical writing experience equips me to clearly articulate vision, scope, or status in both written and verbal communications. Extensive troubleshooting experience sharpens my techniques, allowing for quick resolution of project issues with minimal impact on schedule or budget.
